RODEL IN USA
Our objective at Rodel USA is to introduce sport rodeling to American resorts via a dedicated rodelbahn track 3-5 miles in length and to sell sport rodels to your resort to be deployed as rentals for your guests. Rodelbahns will serve as a signature draw to your resorts. Each resort’s terrain will allow for a completely different guest experience making your rodelbahn a truly unique adventure that will draw in guests from all over the world.
In partnering with Rodel USA, your resort introduces a low-impact rental sporting option to provide an inclusive new mountain activity for your guests.We also provide marketing, social media, demo days and opening week events such as “The Biggest Luger” Competition!

Le Massif de Charlevoix in Canada has a 7.5km rodelbahn and the Loup Loup Ski Bowl in Washington State also has a small rodelbahn, accessed by snowcat. The right terrain is abundant, and Americans want to rodel it!

According to Forbes, there has been a steady decline in new skiers entering the sport.This may be a result of lack of inclusivity, age, knee injuries, boredom and cost. Millennials are actively seeking out new winter sports that are not only athletic, but are also social and inclusive. The next generation wants something new; enter the sport rodel. In our evaluation of rodeling at Utah ski resorts, snowboarders scored highest in the desire to rodel, followed closely by skiers over the age of 35. There is a huge population of injured skiers that desperately want to come back to the mountain, sport rodeling welcomes them!
Come summer, rodels can be fit with fat tires for descents on the same runs. Mountain Cart, for whom we are the American distributors, are also rapidly gaining popularity in the Alps. They are both fun ways for the whole family to enjoy your rodelbahn once the snow melts.
Descending a rodelbahn is not just carving down a hill, it’s riding around the mountains in an absolutely civilized fashion with European fare and wine along the way!
